The project comprises a large-format 4,000 m2 supermarket anchor complemented by approximately 550 m2 of rentable retail units, creating a strong neighborhood commercial destination that serves both daily convenience needs and supporting retail activity. Architecturally, the development is defined by a bold and recognizable façade language that reflects the signature Ramez brand identity. The eleva- tions are articulated through interlocking block masses, slatted panel elements, and illuminated rectangular feature volumes, highlighted by the brand’s iconic red tones to establish a strong visual presence and high roadside visibility.
