A contemporary mixed-use hospitality and residential development overlooking the Nile River in Egypt, with an approximate built-up area of 13,000 m2. Designed to maximize panoramic river views and create a strong public frontage, the development integrates hospitality, residential, and lifestyle functions within a refined architectural composition. The lower levels accommodate retail and food & beverage outlets, creating an active street interface, while the upper floors offer premium apartments and hotel suites with expansive terraces and elevated views of the Nile.
