The project was conceived to activate the surrounding neighbourhood and introduce a vibrant community-focused destination, integrating retail, F&B, leisure, and social spaces within a cohesive masterplanned environment. The development is strategically organized into three distinct zones, accommodating a curated mix of commercial units, dining outlets, and lifestyle-driven facilities.

A key feature of the scheme is the inclusion of ded- icated paddle tennis courts and associated leisure amenities, creating a unique destination that blends everyday convenience retail with wellness, recreation, and social interaction. This combination positions the project as more than a conventional retail strip, evolving it into a community lifestyle hub designed to serve residents and visitors alike.

The planning emphasizes clear zoning, pedestrian movement, accessibility, and strong frontage acti- vation, ensuring the project brings energy, footfall, and long-term commercial value to the area.
